Terms of Service

The service

KeyBark monitors spend on AI provider accounts using keys you supply, sends alerts based on thresholds you set, and, only if you enable it, attempts to disable a key you name. Features marked beta may change or fail.

No guarantee against charges

Provider cost data is delayed and our checks run on a schedule, so KeyBark is an early-warning tool, not a guarantee. You remain responsible for all charges on your provider accounts and for configuring the providers' own limits. To the maximum extent permitted by law, KeyBark is not liable for provider charges, for alerts that arrive late or not at all, or for downtime caused by a kill switch you enabled.

Your responsibilities

• Only add keys you are authorised to use, and keep your KeyBark password safe.
• Don't attempt to break, overload or reverse-engineer the service, or use it to access accounts that aren't yours.

Plans and billing

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through Stripe and renew until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from the billing portal; the plan stays active until the end of the paid period. Prices may change with 30 days' notice.

Cancelling

Cancel at any time from the Stripe billing portal (the “Manage billing” button on your dashboard, or the portal login link on the Stripe receipt). Cancelling stops future renewals; your paid plan stays active until the end of the current billing period and then moves to Free. We don't charge cancellation fees.

Refunds

Because you can cancel at any time, we don't give partial refunds for the unused part of a billing period. We will refund in full: duplicate or mistaken charges; a charge for a period in which the paid features didn't work for you because of a fault on our side and we couldn't fix it; and any case where the law requires a refund. If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you may withdraw from your first subscription within 14 days of buying it and get a full refund. To request a refund, use the contact form from the email on your account. Refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe.

Termination

You can stop using KeyBark and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.

Liability

The service is provided “as is”. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

Who we are and governing law

KeyBark is operated from London, United Kingdom. These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, without taking away any mandatory consumer protections you have where you live.
